Adidas NEO – Interactive Window Shopping

Adidas brought a whole new dimension to window shopping when they set up interactive digital their NEO Label store-front in Nürnberg. The touchscreen window allowed consumers to interact with the full range of products and find out more about them. Passers by could use their phones to navigate to a simple url and enter the pin displayed on the touchscreen window.  Products selected via the touchscreen window were then added to an online basket on the users phone enabling them to order instantly.

BaubleBar

The BabuleBar pop up shop in New York features innovative interactive displays. The displays are designed to invite visitors to the store to interact with them. Visitors can pick up items and interact to get styling tips, find out more about the product and find out what celebs have been seen wearing it.

The recent opened Karl Lagerfeld store in Amsterdam makes use of iPads to add interactivity to the in store experience by allowing users to browse collections. Wall mounted iPads enable customers to take pictures in changing rooms and post direct to social media channels.

Shopkick is a consumer loyalty app designed to reward users for visiting retail stores. It makes use of inaudible sound transmitters to allow users to ‘check in’ at different stores.
